Park members old and new are Commissioners again!!

Hello to all of Goshen and surrounding area. Goshen's 4 park district positions have been filled.The postion have been filled with two members that have served on the Goshen Park Board before, and two new members and Joe Spaulding already a commisioner makes 5 Commisioners.I as a Commisioners again look forward to getting this park moving again with all of the Park commisioners, and once again get as our President Joe Spaulding stated, the setting commisioners will be able to put the kind of park that the late Kathryn Marr would have wanted for Goshen, and all of us working together will get the ball rolling!! As of this letter writing the first shelter is beening constructed  in June 6, on the park near the lake. Next thing to take place and put in by end of summer will be a 18 hole frisbee golf course. And we will be looking ahead to getting the fish put in the lake.Its also exciting to tell you there has been a Geoscype treasure hidden in the park in May 29th by the Goshen boyscouts. Its exciting for me to again to be apart of helping make Goshen a Park, and what Mrs. Marr would have wanted on her land to make this a reality for all of Goshen to Enjoy! We welcome all of Goshen kids and adults to come to our Park Board meeting this June 16th 7:00 pm at the Goverment center meet us, and bring ideas or wanting to find out more what planned this year in the Park.
